           Professional Services
The key driver for the information technology industry is its human talent capital; the growth of any IT services organization is linear and dependent on the size of the head count of talented professionals, however managing the supply of talented resources is far more complex than it has been perceived, to address this challenge large IT organizations invest considerably on building in-house competency centers to groom fresh talents to make them productive at work environments. This leads IT organizations to invest huge sum and also spending considerable amount of time and effort to enable their new recruits deployable at work.

Mazenet with its decade of experience in the training services sector realizes this challenge and devised a model to address this demand supply gap with its completely managed services offering Industry Oriented Competency Development (IOCD) as an outsourced model along with its technical skill trainings, this would help IT organizations to get away with their investments and time lapses on in-house programs and resort to traditional supply chain models as purchases adopted by all other industries.

Engagement Models: On contract with right to hire model
