Mani

Mani is the Founder and Managing Director of Mazenet; the company he founded in 1999. Focused on leading Mazenet to achieve improved growth in revenue and profitability; he oversaw the growth of Mazenet in all key areas - Finance, Strategy and Customer acquisition. Mani started the company with a genuine emphasis on making things better--not just identifying problematic areas or formulating solutions, but actually rolling up sleeves and improving things that touch the society. Under his leadership Mazenet has now grown as a visible player in the training industry deriving its strengths from its 200+ employees and 100+ satisfied corporate customer bases. He has held several key positions serving the Indian Navy for over 10 years followed by which he gained experience in the CRM, IT and ITES sector. Mani holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and he is based out of Coimbatore.

Ravi Sankar

Ravi Sankar is our Director focused on leading Mazenet to achieve transformation as a niche player in the corporate arena; he provides strategies, directions and leadership in operational excellence, customer acquisition and revenue growth. He brings with him 20 years of experience from the IT services industry, during his career span he has demonstrated competence and played leadership roles on all the key functions of the Business areas viz. Product Management, Program management, business development, Engagement management, sales and delivery management. He has interfaced and worked on large client engagements that led to perpetual business growth. During his entrepreneurial stints he succeeded as a leading telecom consulting company catering to sourcing and supply chain management for the Indian telecom equipment manufacturers and represented reputed organizations from USA, Canada and Japan, he was also associated with multiple start ups that include companies on IT Products, Services and Training. He has worked in launching technology products in India and US markets; he also pioneered the concept of off-shore marketing services using online & digital marketing methods serving US clients and was instrumental in driving the marketing function for IT services and enterprise software product promotions in the US market. Ravi has an engineering degree in Computer Science and he is based out of Chennai.

Selvam

Selvam is our Director in charge of finance operations, a practicing Chartered Accountant with 15 years of experience specialized in Income Tax and company law matters, he has rich experience and expertise in Audits of Capital Market segment, Textiles, IT, Trading etc. Specialized in System/Internal Audit.
